Hi! My name is Cynthia Alberto and I am the owner and creator of My Ideal VA.

 

I’ve been an admin for 5 years and expert in multiple task both administrative work and customer service. I have been train by the Filipino Virtual Assistance and my areas of expertise are General Virtual Assistance, Social Media Management, Transcription and  Simple Graphic Design using Canva.
